The moment that started it

Every parent we talked to described the same scene from a different angle. The 45-minute war after the iPad. The pit in your stomach when the school's number lights up your phone. The kid who's "an angel" everywhere but home, then detonates at 6pm. Snack, homework, dinner, bath — every small transition turning into a big feeling.

We kept hearing one quiet, heavier thought underneath all of it: "Maybe it's my parenting." It isn't. Some kids just need more support shifting out of high-stimulation states than others. What looks like defiance at 4pm is often a tank that's simply empty.

What we believe

The goal was never to change your child, dim their spark, or sedate them into compliance. The goal is to support the reset — the bridge from a high-stimulation moment back to calm — so you get more of the kid you know: shorter storms, faster recoveries, easier evenings.

How we made it

We built Mood Munchies around clinical-grade saffron extract — one of the most-studied natural ingredients for mood in children — with passion flower, GABA, and vitamin D2 in a sugar-free berry gummy kids actually ask for. We list every active ingredient on the label, including St. John's Wort, with an honest note about medication interactions. Nothing hidden, nothing we'd have to defend to a smart parent.
