These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pause & Connect website (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site is operated by IAG Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.
By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our Site and make purchases. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Products
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, ingredients, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, nutritional information, or other content on the Site are error-free or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at any time.
Our products are intended for personal use only. You may not purchase products for the purpose of resale. If we determine that an order is intended for resale or unauthorized distribution, we reserve the right to cancel the order, suspend your account, and take appropriate legal action.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent and warrant that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Subscription Terms
If you enroll in a subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged at the applicable subscription interval (e.g., every 30 days) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further approval.
Subscription pricing is subject to change. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle. Subscriptions will renew at the then-current price at the time of renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, using the same online method you used to enroll — manage it yourself from your account settings in a few clicks (you can also email us at support@getpauseandconnect.com). Cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will still receive any shipment already scheduled or processed before you cancelled.
We may use an account updater service to automatically update your payment information (e.g., new card number or expiration date) to prevent interruption of your subscription. If you do not wish for your payment method to be automatically updated, contact us before your next billing date.
Orders
Placing an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or orders that appear to be intended for resale.
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times, costs, and policies are described in our Shipping Policy.
All items purchased from our Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to, and risk of loss of, all products passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the shipping carrier after the product has been tendered for shipment.

The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical or healthcare advice, or to be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from allergens or individual sensitivities to any ingredients in our products.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and design — is the property of IAG Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
User Conduct
When using our Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including false payment or identity information)
- Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or infrastructure
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Site
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Purchase products for the purpose of resale or unauthorized distribution
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAG Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, purchase of our products, or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IAG Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Agreement to Arbitrate: You and IAG Labs LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased through the Site ("Dispute") will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. This includes disputes arising before the existence of these Terms.
Informal Resolution First: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting us at support@getpauseandconnect.com. If the Dispute is not resolved within 30 days of your initial contact, either party may proceed to arbitration.
Class Action Waiver: You and IAG Labs LLC agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against IAG Labs LLC. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be void.
Jury Trial Waiver: By agreeing to arbitration, both you and IAG Labs LLC waive the right to a trial by jury.
Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to support@getpauseandconnect.com within 30 days of your first purchase or first use of the Site (whichever is earlier). Your notice must include your name, address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, the Governing Law and Exclusive Venue provisions below will apply to any Disputes.
Governing Law and Exclusive Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that litigation is permitted (either because the arbitration provision does not apply or has been opted out of), you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
Notice for California Users
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users of the Site are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
Electronic Communications
By using our Site or providing your email address, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications, and (if opted in) marketing emails. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IAG Labs LLC regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.
