We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Pause & Connect® Mood Munchies. If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase — even if you’ve opened the pouch and given it an honest try — email us at support@getpauseandconnect.com and we’ll refund your purchase. For food-safety reasons we won’t ask you to ship an opened pouch back; just reach out and we’ll take care of the refund.

This satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order of a given product. The standard return terms below cover unopened items as well as damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Accompanied by your order number

For food-safety reasons, opened or partially consumed products cannot be shipped back to us. Opened products are still covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above — we’ll refund you without a return — and damaged or defective items are handled separately (see below).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@getpauseandconnect.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return

We'll review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within 2 business days.

We cover return shipping costs — you won't pay anything to send it back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account after we have processed it.

Subscription Refunds

You can manage your subscription yourself at any time — skip, pause, or cancel — from your account, using the same online method you used to sign up. No phone call or email required. Cancelling stops all future renewals; to avoid your next charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. If a renewal order has already shipped before you cancelled, you can return it unopened under the standard 30-day return policy above, or contact us and we’ll help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getpauseandconnect.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will not need to return the damaged product.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again — some institutions take longer to process
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as there may be a processing delay on their end
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received it, email us at support@getpauseandconnect.com and we'll investigate

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products cannot be mailed back (for food-safety reasons) — though opened first orders may still qualify for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee above
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Gift cards
  • Items not purchased directly from our Site (e.g., products purchased from unauthorized resellers)

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@getpauseandconnect.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you may return it under the standard return policy above.
