Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more
  • Flat rate shipping on orders under $50 (calculated at checkout)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods (holidays, promotions, new product launches), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier processing, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after your order has been handed off for delivery.

Fulfillment

To deliver orders efficiently and keep shipping times as short as possible, we work with fulfillment partners across multiple warehouse locations. Your order may be shipped from a domestic or international fulfillment center depending on product availability and your shipping address.

Regardless of which warehouse fulfills your order, all products meet the same quality standards and undergo the same quality control process. The origin of shipment does not affect the product, its ingredients, or its quality in any way.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, don't worry — the carrier may still be processing the scan.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages from different locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, and you'll be notified as each one ships.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@getpauseandconnect.com. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

We recommend choosing a secure delivery location. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. However, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.
