We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when we use cookies and similar technologies to deliver interest-based advertising (for example, with Meta, Google, or TikTok), this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws, including California. You can opt out of this at any time — see Your Privacy Choices below.
Our Relationship with Shopify
Our Site is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site in order to provide and improve its e-commerce platform. Information you submit through the Site is transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide the services you use on our Site.
In addition, Shopify may use personal information collected from your interactions with our Site — along with data from other merchants on the Shopify platform — to improve its services and support personalized advertising with third-party services. For more information about how Shopify handles your data, please review Shopify's Privacy Policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Interest-Based Advertising
We work with third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok) to show you relevant ads on other websites and social media. These platforms may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on our Site and other websites to provide you with targeted advertising.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising by:
- Adjusting your ad preferences in your social media account settings
- Visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info
- Visiting the Network Advertising Initiative's opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org
- Adjusting your browser or device settings to limit ad tracking
Cookies
Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, understand how you use our Site, and support our marketing efforts. Types of cookies we use:
- Essential cookies — required for the Site to function (e.g., shopping cart, checkout)
- Analytics cookies — help us understand visitor behavior and improve our Site
- Marketing cookies — used to deliver relevant advertisements and measure ad performance
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may affect certain features of the Site but will not prevent you from making purchases.
Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)
Some browsers and browser extensions let you turn on a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal, which tells the websites you visit that you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Where required by law (including in California), our Site detects and honors the GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for that browser or device. Because GPC works at the browser level, you may need to enable it on each browser and device you use.
Separately, some browsers send an older “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for DNT, and our Site does not respond to DNT signals.
Your Privacy Rights
All customers: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below. You may also unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.

Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Our Site uses SSL/TLS encryption for data transmitted between your browser and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.
International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the one in which it was collected — including the United States and other countries where Shopify, our fulfillment partners, and our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. By using our Site and providing your information, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.
Complaints
If you have complaints about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the contact details below. We will investigate and respond to your complaint promptly. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
